Here’s what I need you to do:
• Build a clean, responsive layout in semantic HTML5 and lightweight CSS3.
• Add unobtrusive JavaScript only where it improves the user experience (smooth scrolling, simple interactions, etc.).
• Make sure the design adapts gracefully from mobile to desktop and passes basic accessibility checks.
• Optimise images, minify assets, and keep performance scores high on Google PageSpeed.
• Hand over well-commented code plus any assets, so future updates are straightforward.
I will supply the written copy, brand colours, and any imagery; you simply weave them into a cohesive, professional look. If you have a favourite framework (Bootstrap, Tailwind, or plain CSS), let me know—I'm flexible as long as the final result is lean and standards-compliant.
