I’m branding an agro-food export company and need a fresh, minimalist logo that immediately communicates professionalism and trust. The visual direction I have in mind is clean, contemporary and unmistakably modern—simple shapes, balanced typography and a colour palette that evokes agriculture and food without looking rustic or vintage.
Speed matters; I’d like first concepts on my desk as soon as possible, with a fast turnaround to final files once we lock the design. When you respond, focus on the relevant experience you have with minimalist or corporate identities—showing me how you’ve distilled complex sectors into crisp, memorable marks will carry far more weight than a generic portfolio dump.
Deliverables Required:
High-resolution Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG)
Print & Web formats (PNG transparent, JPG, PDF)
Monochrome / Single-color versions (black & white for stamp/packaging)
Font names and color palette codes (HEX/CMYK)
Initial Concepts & Selection Process (Mandatory):
5 Unique Initial Concepts: The selected designer must provide 5 distinct, original logo design concepts/sketches (not just simple color variations of one idea).
Evaluation & Selection: We will review all 5 concepts and select our preferred one to move forward with.
Refinements: Once the chosen design is selected, the designer will provide unlimited minor revisions on that specific concept (adjusting fonts, layouts, color balances, and proportions) until 100% satisfaction.
Copyright & Legal Requirements (Mandatory):
100% Original Artwork: No stock vectors, third-party clip art, pre-made templates, or unedited AI-generated graphics are permitted. The design must be created from scratch.
Full Intellectual Property (IP) Transfer: Upon final milestone release, full commercial ownership, global copyrights, and all intellectual property rights must be exclusively transferred to Shree Govind Impex Pvt. Ltd.
Signed Transfer / NOC: The selected designer must sign Freelancer’s official IP Transfer Agreement and provide a written Intellectual Property Assignment declaration confirming no future claims or royalties.
