I have a newly built 3-bedroom apartment that needs a complete, execution-ready interior package. The look I’m after is unmistakably Modern yet Luxurious and sophisticated in feel, and every zone—living-dining, all bedrooms, kitchen and both bathrooms—must carry that thread consistently.
What I need from you
• Dimensioned 2D layouts, elevations and detailed carpentry/shop drawings that a local carpenter can follow without guesswork (units in mm, tolerance ±5 mm).
• Photorealistic 3D renders and/or SketchUp or 3ds Max views illustrating material finishes, lighting and colour palette so the team and I can visualise the space before fabrication.
• Modular kitchen and wardrobe details, false-ceiling plans, lighting and switch layouts, veneer/laminate or PU schedules, and a consolidated material & hardware sheet.
• Final files in PDF for easy sharing plus editable DWG (AutoCAD) and the native 3D model.
Workflow & expectations
I’ll share the architectural floor plan in DWG at kickoff. We’ll iterate through two design review rounds to lock the concept, then advance to the fully annotated working drawings. Please factor in quick turnarounds; the carpenter starts in five weeks.
Acceptance criteria
1. All drawings align with the issued floor plan and Indian carpentry standards.
2. Renders accurately depict the specified finishes and lighting temperature.
3. Complete drawing set ready for site hand-over, no missing dimensions or call-outs.
