We are looking for a freelance QA Tester to perform manual User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for a mobile application available in both English and Arabic.
The main objective is to test the application from an end-user perspective, verify that the main business flows work correctly, and identify any functional, usability, language, or UI issues before release.
Responsibilities:
* Perform manual testing on the mobile application.
* Test both English and Arabic versions.
* Execute UAT scenarios based on the application's main business flows.
* Test on iOS and/or Android devices.
* Verify functionality, navigation, forms, validations, notifications, and user journeys.
* Check Arabic translation, RTL layout, text alignment, and general user experience.
* Identify functional, UI/UX, localization, and usability issues.
* Report bugs clearly with:
* Steps to reproduce
* Expected result
* Actual result
* Screenshots or screen recordings
* Device and OS version
* Severity/Priority
* Retest reported bugs after fixes.
* Perform basic regression testing on the final build.
Expected Deliverables:
* UAT test scenarios/checklist.
* Complete testing of the agreed application scope.
* Detailed bug report.
* Screenshots/videos for identified issues where required.
* Retesting results.
* Final UAT summary including:
* Total scenarios tested
* Passed/failed scenarios
* Open issues
* Critical issues
* Recommendation for release readiness.
Required Skills:
* Experience in manual QA and UAT testing.
* Experience testing mobile applications.
* Good understanding of functional and regression testing.
* Ability to write clear and structured bug reports.
* Good English and Arabic reading skills.
* Experience testing Arabic applications and RTL interfaces is preferred.
* Attention to detail and ability to test from an actual user's perspective.
This is a manual testing assignment. No automation testing is required.
