Who we’re looking for
DevOps with Python/Bash:
- 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- At least 3 years of experience with Python/Golang/Bash
- 3+ years of experience with AWS/GCP/Microsoft Azure/Azure DevOps/Kubernetes is required
- Experience in at least 2 commercial projects using Terraform and SQL is required
DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer with Linux:
- 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- At least 3 years of experience with Linux
- At least 3 years of experience using Networking is required
DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer/Platform Engineer with Python/Golang:
- 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- At least 3 years of experience with Python/Golang
- 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes
- At least 2 years of experience with Ceph and Networking
- 5+ years of experience using Linux is required
- 2+ years of experience with Terraform/Ansible/Pulumi
- AI-assisted coding is a must

- You own problems end-to-end: you spot the issue, design and build the solution, and ship it to production
- You can show the business impact of your work with concrete results (e.g., faster processing, lower costs, more users, fewer incidents)
- Advanced English: you discuss business tasks, explain your decisions, raise issues early, and present yourself and your results well on client calls
- You work full-time remotely and deliver without supervision
- You onboard quickly and start shipping in your first weeks
