All scripting, learning objectives, and instructional content are already finalized — you're quoting for animation/production only, not content development. This significantly reduces scope vs. a typical explainer-video brief.
What we need
2D motion graphics / explainer-style animation (whiteboard, flat character, or infographic style — open to your portfolio strength)
Style: clean, simple, non-clinical-jargon visuals appropriate for first-time learners (not a pharma-marketing aesthetic)
Length: 6–10 short videos per chapter, each 2–4 minutes
Hindi and/or English voiceover sync (voiceover can be separately contracted or bundled — let us know your capability)
Basic captions/subtitles burned in or as separate .srt
Deliverables per video
Storyboard for our approval before full animation
1 round of revision included after first draft
Final export in 1080p MP4 + source project file
Ideal freelancer
Portfolio showing procedural/how-to or instructional content (not just brand/marketing explainers)
Comfortable with a clinical-accuracy review cycle — we'll sign off on medical content before final render
Prior healthcare, e-learning, or vocational-training video experience preferred but not required if portfolio quality is strong
India-based or familiar with Indian classroom/vocational training context preferred
