ecosystem for optimized out-of-the-box marketplace management.
• Supplier (Udyami) Onboarding: Smooth mobile OTP-based registration and a personalized vendor
dashboard to upload factory details, images, and contact information.
• Product Cataloging: Comprehensive display supporting bulk pricing tiers (tiered pricing), variants, custom
category attributes, and a dedicated 'Price on Request' toggle.
• Lead Generation (RFQ Module): Optimized 'Get Best Price' form embedded on every listing to capture
absolute buyer parameters (quantity, location, budget, delivery timeline).
• Low-Cost Communication: Masked visibility on direct contact details; buyer queries integrate via
click-to-WhatsApp automation to avoid heavy initial software licensing costs.
• Bulk Processing: System utility to handle automated bulk upload via Excel/CSV templates to instantly sync
state-provided manufacturer databases.
2. Strict Commercial Terms & Anti-Hidden Cost Clauses
• Fixed Pricing Contract: The execution must follow an absolute Lump-Sum Fixed Cost Model covering
end-to-end design, implementation, and launch. No hidden setup or server deployment handling fees
allowed.
• 100% Infrastructure Ownership: Domain, security protocols (SSL), and cloud server subscriptions (e.g.,
Hostinger Cloud) must be acquired strictly in the name of the client company. Complete root admin access
will be transferred immediately upon deployment.
MADE IN INDIA TRADE
• Data Portability Guarantee: The database architecture must strictly adhere to standard clean MySQL tables.
The developer explicitly guarantees that when the platform migrates in Phase 2, all structured supplier and
catalog files will be exported seamlessly into clean CSV/SQL scripts without any data conversion charges.
• 2-Year Maintenance & Support SLA: The final contract value must encompass 2 full years of production
support including technical bug fixing, core security patch deployments, layout adjustments, and configured
automated weekly database off-site backups.
