I’m putting together a web platform for my auto body shop that makes it easy for customers to secure a drop-in service slot online. The core of the project is a smooth booking flow—think calendar view, real-time availability, and instant confirmation—backed by user accounts so visitors can create a profile, track past visits, and modify upcoming bookings.
I already have the business logic mapped out; what I need is a full-stack developer who can take it from concept to a production-ready application. Feel free to choose the stack you’re most efficient with, but it should support:
• Secure sign-up / log-in (email or social)
• Profile management and stored vehicle details
• Drop-in registration that checks bay availability and prevents double-booking
• Admin dashboard where staff can block off bays, see the live queue, and mark jobs complete
• Clean, responsive UI that works on mobile first
I’ll provide branding assets, service categories, and access to our current scheduling spreadsheet so you can mirror the real shop capacity. The finished product should be containerized (Docker or similar), documented for handoff, and ready to deploy to a cloud host.
If you’ve built appointment or booking systems before, I’d love to see them. Let’s discuss milestones, from clickable prototype through staged release, so we can get customers self-booking as soon as possible.
