Our existing site does its job, but it doesn’t yet capture the spark of our brand or convert casual visitors into confirmed bookings. I’m after a full-spectrum refresh—visual design, user experience, and every word on the page—so the story is clear, the journey is smooth, and the “Book Now” button becomes irresistible.
Scope of work
• Redesign the overall look and feel so the site feels crisp, modern, and consistent with our brand palette.
• Streamline navigation and page flow to shorten the booking path and improve mobile usability.
• Rewrite all on-site copy—homepage narrative, service descriptions, and ongoing blog posts—so the voice is engaging, authentic, and SEO-ready.
• Research and weave in strategic keywords to lift organic rankings and feed future Google Ads campaigns, while also suggesting taglines and captions that carry over to our social channels.
• Provide best-practice guidance on imagery, video placement, and any quick-win marketing tactics that can extend reach across socials.
Acceptance criteria
1. New page mock-ups (desktop & mobile) approved by me.
2. Final copy delivered in editable format, optimized for agreed keywords.
3. On-page SEO checklist completed (titles, meta, alt text, internal links).
4. Booking funnel tested end-to-end with clear metrics for improvement.
5. A concise handover document summarising next steps for social and paid traffic.
