I’m expanding our online platform and need several sales professionals who can start right away. Your core mission will be to generate a steady flow of qualified leads, with social-media outreach as the primary channel. Think targeted messaging, community engagement, and smart use of platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or any other network you know will reach the right prospects.
Although social media is the main focus, I still want a light layer of cold-calling aimed specifically at small businesses. If you already have proven scripts or a calling workflow that converts, that’s a plus.
What I expect from you:
• Daily or weekly lead reports that detail prospect names, contact info, source platform, and brief interaction notes
• Clear tracking of social-media KPIs (impressions, conversations started, conversions to qualified lead)
• A short summary of any cold-calling sessions, including number of dials and outcomes
I value proactive communication, data-driven adjustments, and ethical outreach practices. If you can jump in immediately and start filling the top of our sales funnel, let’s talk.
