I need a solid, repeatable process for finding and engaging senior-level talent. The focus is squarely on candidate sourcing—no interviewing or onboarding support is required at this stage.
Here is what the engagement should cover:
• A sourcing strategy outlining channels, keywords, and outreach cadence for senior professionals in my sector.
• An initial shortlist—screened for basic fit—of at least 10 qualified senior candidates.
• A tracking sheet (Google Sheets or Excel) with contact details, outreach status, and next-step notes.
• Message templates for LinkedIn, email, and referral requests that reflect our employer brand tone.
Acceptance criteria: each recommended candidate must meet the role’s minimum experience (10+ years) and location requirements, and all contact information must be verified and current.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and passive-candidate outreach tools is essential; any additional sourcing platforms you typically leverage can be included as well.
