You will receive a calling sheet and basic project information. Please keep notes in the shared CRM or a simple Google Sheet as you go, tagging every number as interested, follow-up, or not interested. A friendly yet professional tone is essential; these buyers are often speaking with multiple agents, so the first impression matters.
Deliverables
• Daily call log with outcome status
• Lead sheet containing: buyer name, phone, budget range, preferred location, property type, and any additional remarks
• Brief end-of-day summary of challenges or objections heard, so I can refine scripts and offers
Accuracy of the captured details and a steady conversion rate from dialed numbers to qualified leads will be the key acceptance criteria.
