React PWA Development Needed

I need a fully-featured Progressive Web App built with React.js. The core objective is to deliver native-like speed and reliability while running entirely in the browser. Your code should use modern React (hooks, functional components, Context or Redux where it makes sense) along with service workers and a web-app manifest so the finished product installs and works offline just like a regular app.

The scope includes:

• Building the complete front-end in React, optimized for fast first load and smooth navigation.
• Implementing the PWA layer—manifest, icons, service-worker caching strategies, and install prompts.
• Ensuring responsiveness across mobile, tablet, and desktop breakpoints.
• Clean, well-commented code pushed regularly to Git.

Final deliverables will be:
1. Production-ready React project folder.
2. Build scripts and README with setup and deployment instructions.
3. Live demo link (any host is fine) demonstrating installation and offline behavior.
