I need a fully textured 3D character produced quickly. The overall look must stay firmly in the realistic camp: correct human proportions, natural materials, believable skin, hair, and fabric.

If you already have a preferred sculpting and texturing workflow—ZBrush, Blender, Maya, Substance Painter, or similar—please stick with what gets results fastest, as long as the final files import cleanly into Unreal Engine and Unity.
Deliverables I must receive:
• The final character mesh in .stl or .obj
• All texture maps (albedo, normal, roughness, metallic, AO) in 4K PNG or TIFF
• A clean, named hierarchy and non-destructive source file (e.g., .blend, .ma, or .ztl)
A basic rig for posing is a welcome plus, but not mandatory. Let me know your earliest delivery window and any checkpoints you recommend so we can keep the turnaround tight without sacrificing quality.
