Property Site with Guesty Integration

I need a modern, minimalistic website that lets me showcase each of my vacation-rental properties with crisp photo galleries and clear, engaging descriptions. The goal is simple: visitors should be able to browse the listings, fall in love with a place, and then jump straight into my existing Guesty booking engine to reserve their stay.

Here’s what the build must cover:
• Clean, responsive design that stays true to a modern minimalist style on desktop and mobile alike.
• An intuitive property grid and individual listing pages featuring high-resolution galleries (lightbox preferred) and well-structured text sections for amenities, location, and house rules.
• Seamless connection to my current Guesty booking engine—whether that means embedding the Guesty widget, using their API, or another proven method—so availability and pricing stay perfectly in sync without manual updates.
• A straightforward CMS back-end so I can add or edit properties, photos, and copy on my own.
• Basic on-page SEO setup and speed optimisation to keep load times down for image-heavy pages.

Acceptance criteria: the site loads quickly, displays flawlessly on major browsers and devices, and every “Book Now” action routes visitors to the correct Guesty flow with live rates. Once that is confirmed, a brief hand-over session (recorded or live) will wrap things up so I can manage future updates myself.
