Corefinity is our brand name (www.corefinity.com) We are a fully managed hosting provider. We support businesses with managed infrastructure, reliability, performance, and expert support.

We also have our own client control/admin panel, where customers can perform a range of tasks, including managing services and running deployments on our infrastructure.

We are currently modernising our brand and digital presence. Our new website is under development and reflects the direction we are moving in visually. The redesign of the control panel should feel thematically consistent with this direction but it should not copy the website design directly. It should feel like part of the same brand family while being purpose built for a product experience. Please see our new design below:

Project Goal
We are looking to modernise our control panel with a full redesign.

The new design should be:
• Simple and intuitive
• UX/UI friendly
• Clean, modern, and professional
• Easy for clients to navigate
• Suitable for a technical hosting platform without feeling overly complex

We are looking for a designer who can rethink the experience of our hosting control panel so that it feels more polished, more user-friendly, and more aligned with a modern SaaS/cloud product.

The panel should help users complete tasks efficiently, with a strong focus on clarity, usability, and structure. It will be used by both technical and non-technical users, so it needs to balance strong functionality with a simple and easy to use experience.

The Contest
The winner of this contest will be commissioned to design 30 pages for Phase 1 and will also be invited to work on the remaining phases of the project on a paid basis. While this may sound like a large number of pages, many of them are relatively simple and require only minimal content/ design.

For this contest, please only design these pages and their linked flows :
• Deployments
• Environments (all tabs except notifications)
• User profile
• Ticket view
• Ticket listing

There is a document attached containing the current design, along with an explanation of these pages and their linked flows. Within this document, we have also included an example of a panel design we like where possible. Please refer to it carefully and ensure that all existing functionality and information shown across the current designs is carried through into your redesign. Any example designs included should be used for inspiration only and should not be copied directly.

Design Direction
The redesign should aim for:
• A modern SaaS-style interface
• Clear information hierarchy
• Strong usability across key workflows
• Minimal clutter
• A professional and trusted feel

Key Considerations
Designers should keep the following in mind:
• The experience should feel smooth and efficient for regular use
