Because I don’t yet have email lists, pixel data, or follower look-alikes to lean on, your job will revolve around building interest-based audiences from scratch, structuring the ad sets, and launching the campaign inside Ads Manager.
Scope of work
• Analyse my niche and suggest interest clusters, behaviors, and layered targeting that will bring qualified traffic.
• Create the full campaign structure (campaign, ad sets, ads) with clear naming conventions so I can follow along later.
• Configure placements, optimisation events, and tracking so I can see true website-visit performance in real time.
• Hand over a concise summary explaining why each audience was chosen and how to scale or refine them after initial data starts flowing.
Acceptance criteria
• Campaign goes live without policy flags.
• At least three distinct, well-researched interest-based audience groups are built.
• Pixel fires and reports website visits correctly in both Ads Manager and GA4.
