I’m setting up a brand-new store for medical consumables and I’ve chosen Medusa as the headless engine for the frontend. The brief is straightforward: create a clean, responsive ecommerce site that makes it easy for customers to browse multiple product categories and check out without friction.
Pages & Structure
• Home page that highlights ranges, capability and history
• Dedicated product-category pages for the various consumable lines I’ll be adding
• A simple “Contact Us” page with an enquiry form
* Must have eye for on trend layout and design using imagery, fonts, positioning and sizing.
Product Page Requirements
• Size and colour options displayed in a user-friendly selector
• “Related products” section that automatically surfaces complementary items
* Easy shopping cart with selections and checkout
Development Notes
Medusa’s storefront starter can be your base, but I’m open to a custom React/Next.js setup if it still plugs into Medusa’s API cleanly. The build must be mobile-first, SEO-ready, and easy for me to extend with new categories later on.
We have been running a very basic site on Webflow for the past 4 years. We want to give it a complete birthday with additional product categories and a modern look required.
