Instagram Downloader Website Build

I want to launch a fully-featured Instagram reel, post and story downloader that works much like fastdl.app but lives entirely on my own domain. Visitors will paste an Instagram link, choose the format they want before the download begins, and receive the file immediately—no external redirections at any stage. At minimum the JPEG option must be available, and I’d like the structure to accommodate MP4 or other formats later.

Design & UI
The interface should feel fancy while still being clean, mobile-friendly and quick to load. Smooth animations or subtle visual polish are welcome so long as performance stays high.

Core functionality
• Accept reels, single posts, carousels and stories
• Process links server-side, bypassing Instagram restrictions where possible, and deliver the media straight back to the user
• Keep every step on my domain to avoid third-party pop-ups or ads

Tech stack
Frontend can stay simple—HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript are fine as long as they produce a responsive layout. For the backend I am flexible: Node.js, PHP or Python are all acceptable; choose whichever lets you handle Instagram endpoints most efficiently and keep response times low.

Nice-to-haves
• An admin area for basic stats or key management
• Docker or similar setup scripts so I can deploy quickly on a VPS

1. Complete, well-commented source code
2. Instructions or scripts for deployment (production and dev)
3. Brief hand-off session or document covering any API keys and rate-limit considerations
