I’m putting together a small series of wellness videos that weave classic yoga flows with somatics, breath-focused segments and short mindfulness cues. The raw footage (shot in 4K, two cameras and separate audio) is already captured; what I need now is an editor who genuinely understands the rhythm of a practice and can make the viewer feel as if they’re in the room.
The main spotlight is on Somatics, yet each class still starts from a yoga foundation and ends with gentle breathwork. If you’ve edited Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin or similar material before, you’ll know the kind of pacing I’m after—smooth transitions, longer holds, no jarring cuts and an overall calming colour grade.
What I’ll hand over
• 5-10 min of multicam footage per session
• A rough outline of pose order, timestamps for key cues and suggested b shots
What I need back
• Clean multicam edits, synced audio, colour-matched angles and subtle ambient music (royalty-free)
• Tasteful on-screen labels for poses, psychology related b shots, breath counts or mindfulness prompts, plus a discreet timer overlay during holds
