I run a lean, results-driven marketing agency that helps B2B businesses with client acquisition, I’m adding one or two proven cold callers who can jump in on day one, start booking appointments for us and keep pace without hand-holding.
Here’s the reality of the seat you’d be stepping into:
• You already worked with B2B busineeses and have 2–5 years of relevant cold-calling experience.
• Hitting 100–200 dials every shift is normal for you, not a stretch goal.
• Scripts are guardrails at best - you listen, think on your feet, and handle objections until the prospect books.
• Clear, confident, U.S.-friendly English is essential; robotic recitations won’t survive the first gatekeeper.
Deliverables I expect every week:
1. Consistent call logs showing dial counts and connection rates.
2. A minimum quota of qualified appointments set and confirmed.
3. Short voice recordings of select calls so I can coach and refine messaging.
Include a brief intro recording with your reply, applications without it won’t be reviewed. I’m only hiring the top one or two performers, so if average effort is your ceiling, please save us both the time.
