I already run a WordPress site and keep all of my physical-goods inventory there. What I now need is a simple, repeatable workflow that pushes those products straight to my eBay seller account without me having to re-enter anything.
You are free to use WP-All Import, any other no-cost plugin, or a combination of free tools as long as the result is stable and easy for me to maintain. The products must arrive on eBay with the full set of data I hold in WordPress—title, description, price, stock quantity, images and categories—nothing can be left behind.
The flow I imagine: map the existing custom fields in WordPress to the matching eBay attributes, trigger the export on demand (a scheduled option would be a bonus), and confirm that new or updated items appear correctly in my eBay dashboard. If something in my catalogue changes, a re-import should overwrite the listing rather than create duplicates.
Deliverables
• Plugin or script installed and configured on my current WordPress site
• Field mapping completed for title, description, price, quantity, images and categories
• One live test batch showing items published on eBay exactly as in WordPress
• Short handover note so I can repeat the process myself
If you have done this before and can point to a live example, even better—let’s get this automation running quickly.
