I’m building a mobile-first system that lets me run every step of my broiler contract-farming business from a single place. The primary client will be an Android app; I also need a lightweight, responsive web panel that mirrors the same data for when I’m at a desk or APP itself designed to be tablet friendly instead of web.
Workflow I have in mind
• I sign in as a Partner/Owner, create each farm and add new batches under it.
• For every batch I capture placement count, purchase cost, feed types with rates, vaccines, medicines and any other expenses.
• Farmers log in with limited rights and record daily figures such as bird mortality, feed consumed and treatments given.
• Supervisors have a slightly broader view so they can review entries, add comments or corrections.
• When birds are ready, I’ll enter sales to one or multiple traders, close the batch and instantly see a profit-and-loss summary along with FCR and other performance indicators.
• Reports must be available batch-wise, farm-wise and at a consolidated level so I can calculate how much each farmer is owed.
Key expectations
• Native-feeling Android build (Kotlin, Flutter or React Native—tell me your preference) plus a secure, mobile-friendly web dashboard.
• Role-based access controls baked into the database layer.
