Amend Birth Year on JPEG

I have a scanned JPEG of a personal document that shows the wrong year of birth. I only need that single piece of information corrected—nothing else on the page should be altered. The updated date must appear in the MM/DD/YYYY format and blend perfectly with the rest of the text, so please replicate the original font, size, weight, spacing, and overall style.

Once the edit is complete, send back a high-resolution JPEG (and, if convenient, a flattened PDF) that looks identical to the original except for the corrected date. Accuracy and invisibility of the change are the key criteria for acceptance.
