I want to deploy an AI-powered agent that can jump straight into sales conversations with brand-new prospects. Its sole focus will be cold calling, introducing our offer, answering basic objections, and—most importantly—pinning down the prospect’s appointment preferences so my human team can take over at the right moment.
Here’s what I need done:
• Design or configure the voice AI workflow, including a natural-sounding script that can dynamically adjust to common responses.
• Integrate the agent with my existing CRM so every call log, recording, and the prospect’s chosen time slot flows directly into the pipeline.
• Provide a simple dashboard or reporting method so I can monitor daily call volumes, connection rates, and the number of appointments secured.
Acceptance criteria:
• AI places live outbound calls to fresh lists I upload.
• It captures and stores appointment date, time, and any notes the prospect adds.
• Handoffs to my calendar happen without manual intervention.
• Audio quality and latency feel human-like enough that prospects stay on the line.
If you have prior experience building voice bots for sales, especially with Twilio, Dialogflow, or similar platforms, that will be a big plus. Let me know the toolset you prefer, a rough timeline, and any sample projects or recordings you can share.
