Job Overview
We are looking for a **creative and performance-driven Video Editor** who can transform raw footage into engaging **Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ad creatives**. The ideal candidate understands social media trends, fast-paced editing, and how to create content that captures attention and drives engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Reels & Shorts Editing
* Edit **Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts** with engaging hooks, transitions, captions, and effects
* Optimize videos for **vertical formats (9:16)** and platform-specific trends
* Create scroll-stopping content with strong storytelling and pacing
Short-form video editing with captions, effects, and platform optimization is a core responsibility in modern video editing roles.
2. Brand Shoot Editing
* Edit raw footage from **brand shoots (milk products, lifestyle, farm, packaging, etc.)**
* Ensure consistent **color grading, brand tone, and visual identity**
* Select best clips and structure them into compelling narratives
