I run a fast-growing companies and need a full-time virtual assistant who can confidently wear several hats at once. Your core mission is to keep my day, my team, and our projects moving smoothly while I focus on strategy.
Here is what the role actually looks like:
• Project ownership – you’ll track internal company initiatives, stay on top of client-related deliverables, and even pick up personal tasks for me when they overlap with business priorities.
• Administration & HR – from drafting polished correspondence to preparing HR documentation, onboarding paperwork, and leave trackers, your solid administration and HR capabilities must shine.
• AI-powered workflows – I lean on tools such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, and Zapier. You should already be comfortable experimenting with and implementing AI tools to automate repetitive work and extract insights.
• Communication hub – you’ll monitor email, coordinate with team members, schedule meetings across time zones, and flag anything urgent. Clear, concise English is non-negotiable.
Location & hours
If you’re based in Hyderabad you may work offline (work-from-home with periodic in-person meetings); otherwise the position is fully virtual. This is a full-time commitment with a single weekly off. I pay monthly and performance is rewarded with additional incentives and benefits.
What I’ll accept as proof of success
1. A living project dashboard updated daily.
2. Zero-backlog inbox and calendar each evening.
3. HR files and admin records consistently error-free.
4. Documented AI automations that cut at least one manual process per quarter.
