I need assistance transferring a set of financial-budget figures into a clean, well-structured worksheet. The source files will include a mix of Excel, PDF and Word documents, and the numbers must be keyed in exactly as provided with consistent formatting, category labels and running totals.
Accuracy is critical: every figure must reconcile with the originals and any discrepancies should be flagged for review before final submission. Once the entry phase is finished, I’ll also need a quick cross-check that subtotals add up correctly and that the final balance matches the source documentation.
You may work in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets—whichever you feel most comfortable using—so long as the file you return lets me filter, sort and perform simple pivot-table analysis later. If you have experience handling both high-level summaries and granular line items, that will be helpful because the level of detail varies from sheet to sheet.
