I am looking for an experienced professional technical writer/documentation specialist to develop a comprehensive set of professional templates for aviation and airport engineering projects.
The ideal freelancer should have 15–20+ years of experience in technical documentation, preferably with GCC, aviation, airport, EPC, construction, MEP or industrial projects. Experience working with airport systems will be highly preferred.
The requirement is to develop approximately 20–30 professional, editable technical-document templates, which can subsequently be used as standard templates across projects.
Expected templates may include:
• SOP template
• Method Statement template
• ITP template
• Inspection & Testing Checklists
• FAT/SAT documentation
• Commissioning procedures
• O&M documentation
• Preventive Maintenance templates
• Troubleshooting / Technical Guides
• Equipment Datasheet templates
• Technical Reports
• QA/QC documentation
• NCR / RFI / TQ templates
• Risk Assessment templates
• Training / Competency templates
• Handover / Closeout documentation
• Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting templates
• Lessons Learned templates
• Interface / ICD documentation
• Other project-specific engineering templates
The templates must be professionally structured, easy to use, visually consistent and fully editable in MS Word/Excel, with appropriate revision control, document numbering, approval/sign-off sections, tables, headers/footers and other standard engineering-documentation elements.
I will provide the technical requirements and guidance. The freelancer will be responsible for converting these requirements into high-quality professional templates.

Please provide 2–3 relevant samples of engineering/technical documentation along with your proposal and indicate your fixed price for developing 20–30 templates.
