* Existing thumbnails ready
* Strong long-term scaling vision
We are now looking for a **serious YouTube Growth Expert** to manage and grow both a **new channel launch** and **recover monetization on an older channel**.
This is not a beginner role. We need someone who understands real YouTube growth, audience retention, kids content strategy, and monetization compliance.

### New Channel Growth
* Launch new YouTube channel professionally
* Daily video uploads (1 per day)
* Optimize titles, descriptions, tags naturally
* Playlist management
* Shorts strategy execution
* Thumbnail selection/testing from existing options
* Organic growth strategy for USA & UK audience
* Reach 10M+ monthly views target over time
### Old Channel Recovery
* Audit old channel monetization issues
* Fix policy risks
* Improve channel trust signals
* Re-approval strategy for YouTube Partner Program
* Ongoing compliance management
### Performance Optimization
* Improve CTR
* Improve watch time
* Improve retention
* Increase suggested/browse traffic
* Weekly analytics reporting
