I am already builted Briefsync Client Portal “Briefcase”, a SaaS add-on that lets my hosting customers move seamlessly from WHMCS to WordPress and straight into their cPanel—all through one Single Sign On. I need a developer who can understand the WordPress plugin that ties these pieces together and automates a new client’s entire journey.
Core understanding
• On purchase in WHMCS, automatically provision the domain, hosting product, cPanel account and the Briefcase plugin instance.
• Once provisioned, display a WordPress dashboard that shows live cPanel resource usage (CPU, RAM, disk), account management shortcuts and the client’s WHMCS billing & invoices.
• Make sure SSO works both ways: a logged-in WHMCS user lands in WordPress already authenticated, and a WordPress user can open cPanel without another login.
• Support three roles—Admin, Client and Support—each with the appropriate WordPress capabilities and WHMCS permissions mapped.
Tech you will likely touch if needs an improvement: WHMCS API & hooks, WordPress plugin framework, cPanel UAPI, OAuth/SAML or WHMCS SSO tokens, PHP 8.x, MySQL and perhaps a dash of React for the dashboard widgets.
Acceptance expected from previous developer:
1. Installing the plugin on a fresh WordPress site and activating the WHMCS bridge must create all required tables and settings automatically.
2. After a test product purchase in WHMCS, the new user is provisioned end-to-end in under one minute with no manual steps.
3. The dashboard widgets pull real-time stats from cPanel and match those shown in cPanel’s native interface.
4. Switching between WHMCS, WordPress and cPanel never prompts for a second login during the same session.
5. Clear setup/documentation is provided so I can replicate the flow on staging and production.
Once this is all verified. Your new job will be creating WordPress website only and update WordPress content. I give this client for free because it's simple and easy and there for I expect to hire the right affordability due to creating & updating WordPress. My website is Briefsync.net
