Here’s what I need from you: keep the timeline on track and make sure every guest feels guided and looked after. That means confirming the wedding party is queued up at the right moments, directing friends and family between the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, and quietly smoothing out any unexpected hiccups so I never have to notice them.
All vendor contracting is complete, so you won’t be sourcing suppliers—just ensuring everyone follows the schedule we create together. I’d like a detailed run-of-show delivered at least one week prior, a quick walkthrough with me at the venue the day before, and your full presence on the wedding day from setup through our formal exit.
