Smart Glass Estimator & Design Platform
We are building a custom web-based platform designed specifically for a high-end glass company specializing in shower enclosures, glass railings, and custom installations.
The goal of this platform is to streamline the entire workflow — from initial measurement and design to pricing, proposal generation, and project tracking — all in one system.
The application will allow staff to quickly configure glass layouts using predefined templates, input accurate measurements, and automatically generate detailed outputs for both internal use and client-facing communication.
On the internal side, the system will produce precise fabrication cut sheets, including panel dimensions, hardware placement, and clearances, helping reduce errors and improve coordination with glass vendors.
On the client-facing side, the platform will generate clean, professional proposals that reflect the company’s premium brand, including project scope, pricing, and optional visual representations of the final installation.
The system will include a dynamic pricing engine that calculates material costs (glass and hardware), labor, and taxes in real time, allowing for fast and consistent quoting across all projects.
Additionally, the platform will serve as a lightweight CRM, storing customer information, tracking quote history, and enabling seamless conversion from quote to invoice.
Optional advanced features may include interactive 3D visualization of glass layouts and AI-powered photo mockups that overlay the designed system onto real installation photos, enhancing the customer experience and improving close rates.
The application is intended to be simple, fast, and reliable, with a clean interface that can be used both in the office and on-site (tablet-friendly).
Overall, this platform will function as the company’s central operating system, improving efficiency, reducing manual errors, and elevating the overall customer experience.
