Project brief
프로젝트 내용
I need a seasoned tender writer to prepare the full submission package for a UK council project: removal of an aging 450 m² flat roof and installation of a new system. The council’s return date is 24 April, so I must have a polished, compliant document ready for upload several days prior.
What the tender must include
• A clear project timeline with interim milestones that demonstrate we can strip, prep and re-roof within the council’s programme.
• A cost breakdown that shows labour, plant, scaffold, waste disposal, and the specified roofing system as separate line items, with any optional warranties or maintenance priced visibly.
• A section detailing our experience and qualifications, backed by three relevant public-sector roof projects completed in the last five years.
Regulations & guidance
I am not yet sure which internal council clauses or frameworks apply, so I will rely on you to flag the typical procurement references (Public Contracts Regulations 2015, CDM 2015, NEC or JCT wording if asked) and request any missing appendices from me early.
Materials
A particular manufacturer’s warm-roof build-up has already been approved. I will forward the data sheets; your task is to weave these into the technical response, confirming U-values, fire classification and warranty terms.
Preferred format
The council usually wants MS Word for narrative sections and an Excel Bill of Quantities; please build the response around that. If you use any tender management software, I am fine with that as long as the final files are editable.
Acceptance criteria
A submission that passes the council’s initial compliance check with no clarifications raised on programme, pricing structure or product specification.
If you have UK local-authority tender experience and can turn this around quickly, let’s get started.
