Looking for an Experienced PHP/Laravel Developer to Help Transform a Clinic Management System into a SaaS Product
Hi,
I have an existing Clinic Management Software (CRM) that I've been developing and actively using in production. My goal is to turn this product into a fully branded SaaS platform and bring it to market. I've made significant progress, but due to time constraints, I haven't been able to finish it on my own — and I'm now looking for a skilled developer to collaborate with.
Current State of the Project:
The core application is built with vanilla PHP (no framework), heavily utilizing JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX for frontend interactions.
I have also set up a Laravel-based SaaS project as the target platform.
The goal is to migrate the existing working application into the Laravel SaaS architecture while maintaining all current functionality.
What I'm Looking For:
A developer experienced in PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, and AJAX/jQuery.
Someone who can review the existing codebase, understand its structure, and propose a clear migration strategy.
Ability to work collaboratively — I'm not looking for someone to just take orders, but a partner who can assess the project, identify priorities, and suggest how they can best contribute.
Experience with SaaS architecture (multi-tenancy, subscription management, user/role management) is a strong plus.
Familiarity with healthcare/clinic management systems is a bonus but not required.
What I Expect From You:
Review the current project and codebase.
Provide your assessment of the migration effort and how you can help.
Propose a collaboration plan — timeline, milestones, and deliverables.
Work together to migrate and launch the SaaS version.
