Transfer TimeTree Schedule to Acuity

I’ve just moved over to Acuity and need every appointment that sits in my current TimeTree calendar copied across so I can hit the ground running without double–booking myself. In TimeTree I need someone with attention to detail who will read carefully which type of appt needs to go where- I have boarding clients (which goes on for days) , then board and train clients ( who will vary on day training vs board and training) and then coaching classes. This is for a dog boarding and training business

Most of what you’ll see are straightforward Appointments—nothing overly complex—yet I still want the colour-coded structure preserved where possible so I can spot things at a glance. After the data is migrated, I also need Acuity to sync smoothly with my regular email

Deliverables
• Export all existing TimeTree events and import them into my new Acuity account with dates, times, notes and colours intact.
• Configure reminder workflows inside Acuity so that each appointment triggers the same notification timing I currently receive from TimeTree.
• Provide a brief hand-off guide or video showing where everything lives in Acuity and how I can tweak reminder settings myself.
I also want a quick acuity walk through on how to navigate, and change or alter anything I may need to change later on.

I’ll give you TimeTree and Acuity access as soon as we agree to move forward. Looking for a quick turnaround—ideally within a day or two—so I can open my booking link to clients right away.
