I have a 25 x 30 ft ground-floor MS structure room that needs a clean, modern exterior elevation only. The front façade is fully glazed and a portion of the roof will be glass as well, so glass and metal must feature prominently in the design language.
You’ll have my CAD file to start from, plus a couple of reference images to show the aesthetic I’m after. From there I need a full SketchUp model along with high-quality day and night renders that clearly illustrate the transparency of the front wall and the partial glass roof. Two to three revision rounds are included so we can fine-tune proportions, mullion details, and lighting.
Deliverables
• SketchUp (.skp) model of the exterior
• At least two daylight and two nighttime rendered views (JPEG or PNG, print-ready resolution)
Send over any clarifying questions early so the workflow stays smooth, and we can get this modern glass-and-metal concept finalized quickly.
