Rhinoceros 3D Model Creation

I need an accurate, well-structured 3D model produced directly in Rhinoceros and supplied as a native .3dm file. I will provide reference drawings and dimensions as soon as we start; your task is to translate them into clean, watertight geometry with properly named layers so I can move straight into my downstream laser or CAM workflow without extra cleanup.

The model must open error-free in Rhino 7, with all curves, surfaces, and solids organized logically. One round of minor revisions is included so we can fine-tune details if needed after my initial review.
