Real Estate Educational Video Avatar Creation

Additionally, I have a 5090 GPU and a desktop that is more than capable of this work, but I admit the ComfyUI interface overwhelms me. As a corollary, I seek a workflow that efficiently generates realistic lip-synched avatars so I can produce my educational series and offer this service to my buyer agents as they join the team.
