프로젝트 내용

I have a clear-span area that measures exactly 7 m by 3 m and I want to fit three functions into it:
• a comfortable maid room
• a full bathroom with shower
• a combined laundry / ironing zone

The single most important factor for me is maximizing space—every millimetre needs to work hard so circulation feels effortless and storage doesn’t eat into usable floor area. A neat, integrated solution that still allows the maid room to feel private is essential.

What I need from you
• A fully dimensioned floor plan (PDF) showing walls, door swings, plumbing points and built-ins.
• The native file (DWG, SKP, RVT or similar) so I can tweak it later if required.
• A short written rationale explaining how the layout achieves the space-saving goal.

Nice-to-have extras (let me know if you can include them)
• 3D perspectives to visualise heights and volumes.
• A quick furniture / fixture schedule.

Acceptance criteria
1. The full bathroom must include shower, toilet and basin within standard clearances.
2. Laundry area should fit at least one front-loading washer, one dryer (stacked is fine) and a fold-down ironing surface.
3. All rooms, doors and passageways are dimensioned clearly; overall plan must still add up to 7 m x 3 m.
4. PDF prints cleanly at A3 with a 1:50 scale.
