My home is ready for a full-scale modern makeover and I need a designer who can translate clean lines, smart storage, and a contemporary palette into a cohesive interior concept. The scope covers space planning, furniture and lighting selection, finishes, and the styling details that pull everything together—from the living areas through to the bedrooms.
I will share floor plans, photos, and practical requirements once we begin; in return I expect a clear concept board, a to-scale layout, and realistic 3D visuals that let me see how every choice works before anything is purchased or installed. Sourcing lists with product links and specifications will round out the package so that implementation runs smoothly.
To help me choose the right partner, please include examples of past work that demonstrate a similar modern aesthetic and show how you have taken a project from concept through to final presentation.
