프로젝트 내용
I need an experienced video editor who loves shaping short-form stories that keep viewers swiping, liking, and sharing. Almost everything you’ll touch will be social media content and it will live on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, so an instinct for fast pacing, native formatting, and thumb-stopping hooks is essential. My primary metric is engagement: comments, shares, watch-time, and overall community buzz.
Day to day you’ll receive raw footage, a rough creative direction, and notes on tone or call-outs. From there I’ll count on you to:
• Craft at least two stylistically different cuts per brief—think punchy jump-cuts, smooth match-cuts, playful speed-ramps, or a cinematic polish, depending on the concept.
• Layer in eye-catching effects where relevant (light leaks, subtle sun flares, dynamic text, seamless transitions).
• Select music, balance audio, and colour-grade so everything looks and feels cohesive across platforms.
• Export ready-to-upload vertical versions (9:16) and, when the concept calls for it, widescreen or square variants.
• Deliver neatly organised project files so we can revisit or repurpose footage down the road.
Consistency matters. I’m looking for someone who can meet agreed weekly deadlines, communicate clearly about workload, and keep quality high over the long term. If you thrive in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar tools and you’re excited to grow with a small but ambitious team, let’s chat. Share a portfolio or social links that highlight your range of edits and the results they achieved, and tell me how soon you could start on our first batch of clips.
