I need a complete General Arrangement Drawing for a custom‐built heat exchanger that must meet ASME requirements. This is not a standard shell-and-tube, plate, or air-cooled unit; the configuration is unique to the process, so I’m looking for someone who can translate my process data and preliminary sketches into a clear, fabrication-ready layout.
The drawing has to indicate all critical overall and nozzle dimensions, support details, lifting points, weld seams, and space envelopes for maintenance. I work in AutoCAD, so a DWG file accompanied by a clean PDF is essential. If you normally add a simple bill of materials and a drawing legend, please include those as well.
Acceptance is straightforward: the file opens error-free in AutoCAD 2021, dimensions and notes align with the ASME code sections that govern pressure boundaries, and the sheet is tidy enough for a shop foreman to read without guesswork.
