Project brief
프로젝트 내용
I need a clear, easy-to-follow handbook that lets my garment-factory supervisors monitor the progress of our machine-operator training program. This handbook has to work in two formats—an interactive digital version for tablets and an identical layout prepared for professional print—so that whichever medium a supervisor prefers, the content feels consistent.
The core of the book must cover:
• Training schedules that map out every skill module, expected time-frames, and check-off points.
• Employee performance metrics with simple scorecards and space for supervisor notes so progress can be tracked at a glance.
• Safety guidelines tailored to each machine group, written in plain language and reinforced with quick-reference visuals.
I will supply our current SOPs and any existing training outlines. Your job is to reorganise, fill the gaps, apply clear design, and deliver:
1. A polished, editable digital file (InDesign, Canva, or similar) ready for on-screen use and future updates.
2. A print-ready PDF that meets standard A4 full-colour specs.
Everything should be branded with our factory colours and logo, follow a logical flow, and make it effortless for supervisors to record progress during daily line walks. If you have experience creating manufacturing or apparel training material, please highlight it when you respond.
