My gaming portal is packed with in-depth game reviews and a busy customer-support section, but organic reach is lagging behind expectations. The single, overriding goal is to attract more visitors—measurable increases in sessions and unique users—by sharpening our search presence on Google.
Project scope
• Run a full site audit (technical and on-page) to uncover crawl issues, speed bottlenecks, and any indexation gaps.
• Build a focused keyword map around game titles, genre terms, and support-related queries, prioritising search volume and intent.
• Optimise all game review pages and key support articles: meta data, headings, internal links, rich-snippet schema (review & FAQ), and image alt text.
• Deliver a concise backlink growth plan that leans on gaming communities, influencer outreach, and editorial opportunities rather than low-value directories.
• Set up or refine tracking in Google Search Console and Analytics so traffic gains and ranking shifts are clearly visible.
Acceptance criteria
1. Technical errors reduced to negligible levels (no critical issues in Search Console).
2. Targeted pages show ranking movement within 4–6 weeks for primary keywords.
3. Overall organic traffic trend upward—baseline will be shared on project start.
Access to WordPress (with Yoast) and Cloudflare is ready, and I’m comfortable granting temporary credentials. If additional tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or SEMrush are part of your workflow, note that in your proposal so we can align on data sources and methodology.
