We are building SmartPTI™ Pro — a patent-pending, AI-powered commercial vehicle safety monitoring and predictive maintenance device developed under the TruckerGuard AI™ brand. It is designed for Class 7 and Class 8 commercial trucks operating under FMCSA regulations.
SmartPTI™ Pro is not just a pre-trip inspection tool. It is a data-driven AI system that learns each vehicle's patterns over time and predicts mechanical failures, tire degradation, brake wear, and electrical faults before they happen on the road. This transforms it from a one-time checker into a continuous safety intelligence platform for fleets and owner-operators.
