Project Overview
We are looking for a skilled designer to refine and elevate an existing solar brochure presentation and create two additional A4 brochure-style marketing sheets.
The goal is to maintain all existing content but significantly improve:
* Visual consistency
* Professional presentation
* Print-readiness
* Brand alignment
This will be used both digitally (PDF) and physically (printed copies).

1. Existing Brochure Redesign (Primary Task)
We will provide an existing PDF/Keynote brochure.
Requirements:
* Keep ALL existing content (text, structure, messaging)
* Improve:
* Layout and spacing
* Typography consistency (single font family throughout)
* Visual hierarchy (headings, sections, callouts)
* Alignment and margins
* Upgrade overall look to:
* Clean
* Modern
* Premium (renewable energy / tech feel)
Key Objective:
Make it client-facing, investor-ready, and sales-ready

The redesigned brochure must be:
* A4 format (landscape or portrait – confirm based on current design)
