Cross-Platform Mobile App Development

I’m looking for an experienced mobile developer who can take a fresh idea and turn it into a polished app that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. At this stage I have the core concept and a few wireframes, but I’m relying on your technical expertise to recommend the best stack—whether that’s Flutter, React Native, native Swift/Kotlin, or another proven solution—and then see the project through to launch.

What I need from you
• Collaborative refinement of the feature set and user flows
• UI/UX design that feels native on both platforms
• End-to-end coding, unit testing, and integration testing
• App Store / Google Play submission support, including compliance checks
• Post-launch bug-fix window
• Old data connect
Acceptance criteria
1. The app installs and launches without errors on current iOS and Android versions.
2. All agreed features work consistently across both platforms.
3. UI passes usability review and meets platform guidelines.
4. Code is clean, well-commented, and handed over with build instructions.
