I’m refreshing a residential bedroom and need a full 3D concept rendered in a clean, contemporary style. The final visuals should clearly show how the space will look once furnished, lit, and accessorised so I can hand the package straight to my contractor.
You will receive accurate room dimensions, reference photos, and a short mood-board that captures the tone I’m after. Using those, please develop a detailed model that covers:
• Furniture layout – scaled placement of bed, side tables, storage, and any statement pieces.
• Lighting plan – ceiling, task, and accent lighting plotted with fixture specifications.
• Decor items – artwork, soft furnishings, and finishing touches that tie the concept together.
Deliverables I need:
1. High-resolution still renders (day and evening) from at least three angles.
2. The native 3D file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Blender—whichever you prefer) plus exported OBJ/FBX.
3. A brief PDF sheet summarising key materials, colours, and lighting specifications.
Accuracy to the provided dimensions and a polished, contemporary aesthetic are essential for approval. I’m happy to answer questions quickly, and one revision round is included so we can fine-tune details before sign-off.
