Project brief
프로젝트 내용
Code-Shift (Native European French Speakers) Audio Recording (Dual-Channel)
Proposal:
Recording Approach
We will deliver natural bilingual conversations in a contact-center (agent–customer) format with strict adherence to code-switching requirements.
Audio Format
* Dual-channel WAV (Agent / Customer separated)
* Native 8kHz and 16kHz recordings (50/50 split)
* Single recording per conversation with clear channel separation
Code-Switching Implementation
We support both required patterns:
Type 1: Bilingual Agent–Customer Interaction**
* Agent: 100% secondary language(English)
* Customer: 100% primary (European French) language
* ~50% code-switching at conversation level
* Natural conversational flow (no forced switching)
* Single audio + single transcription with language tags
Conversation Design
* Duration: 5–30 minutes (avg. ~10 minutes per conversation)
* Multi-turn, real-world interaction style
* Context-driven switching (clarifications, technical terms, etc.)
* Natural tone, pauses, and conversational dynamics
Speaker & Resource Standards
* 80–90% native speakers for primary language
* Proficient bilingual speakers for secondary language
* Max 30 minutes recording per speaker (~6 conversations)
* Balanced and scalable speaker pool
Audio Quality Standards
We strictly ensure:
* Minimum 25 dB signal-to-noise ratio
* No background noise, echo, or distortion
* Consistent volume and clarity
* Natural delivery (not scripted reading)
* No AI-generated or synthetic audio
Quality Assurance & Rework
* Internal multi-level QA for audio and transcription
* Code-switching ratio and naturalness validation
* Acceptance target: ≥95% pass rate
* Rework handled within the same milestone if required
We ensure:
* Consistent quality across all language pairs
* Scalable execution for large volumes
* Reliable communication and milestone-based delivery
We’re ready to start with a pilot batch and scale based on your requirements.
